Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the amount you have paid for the Services during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Metric Monthly, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services.
